We currently own and operate 14 communities/facilities and over 1400 total pads/units in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, and West Virginia. We love mobile home and RV parks, but we also like the market dynamics of self-storage properties, and own, and are actively looking to buy in all three asset classes.
